Welcome to your home away from home at this Grand Villa's condo located in the heart of Grand Lake. Although we are permitted for 6 guests, we highly recommend group's of 4 or 5 guests for maximum comfortability.

Master bedroom with a ensuite full bathroom is equipped with a  comfortable King sized bed overlooking the breathtaking views of the nearby mountain range.

The second bedroom in the condo is equip with a queen over queen sized bunkbed. 

Across the hall you will have a full sized bathroom.

Ensuite washer and dryer unit. 

Fully stocked kitchen for homecooked meals. 

Balcony overlooks Grand Lake and local mountain ranges. 

Master bedroom and main living area equipped with Smart TV's. Guests must use their own streaming platform login's.

Guests have full access to the condo and the trash service for the condominium complex.

Your hosts are local to Grand Lake and available to assist when needed.

HOA rules:
Minimum stay per HOA rules is 2 nights.
Maximum occupancy per unit is 6 persons.
Pets are not allowed for STR guests.
Renters must display the parking pass that will be left in the condo for your arrival.
Trailers, boats, Snowmobiles, ATV's are not allowed to be parked in the parking lot except for loading and unloading.
Fire pit is not allowed for STR guests

House rules:
Be respectful of the unit and be a good neighbor with noise compliance with quiet hours after 10:00 PM and after 8:00 AM.
Follow all checkout instructions sent to you by your host before checkout.

Failure to comply with HOA rules or house rules will incur in a fine up to $500.
