Note: Our only cameras on the property are in the garage to monitor our snowmobiles.

Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. It therefore restricts the use of the following for non-members/renters:

• clubhouse
• gazebo
  -horse pasture
• OHV's
• Columbine Lake (for fishing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking & swimming).
  Please keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with many full-time residents. Please plan on using one of the three local lakes (Grand, Granby, Shadow MTN) for all you lake activities.
